Okay,
Seeding means generating trains,
but what is the difference between 'without seeding' and 'with seeding'?

You either have trains written into the TT as seeds not entering or entering (and if they don't enter any trains linked to them by "Next" or rules will also not enter leaving significant gaps in the TT). https://www.SimSig.co.uk/Wiki/Show?page=usertrack:ssrun:simrun0.

Seed trains in Simsing means trains already present inside of the simulation area at the start of the timetable.

Basically, if you're not developing/testing a timetable, you almost never want to use one of the "without seeding" options.

Two million people attempt to use Birmingham's magnificent rail network every year, with just over a million of them managing to get further than Smethwick.
