Your first point of contact is the forum. There are many knowledgeable people on there who are only too happy to help you. This is also the fastest way to get a response.
If your question has not been answered on the forum (give it a day or two), or the question is more private than what a forum allows, then use the below email address as a last resort. We receive dozens of emails every day, many of them emails asking simple questions which would have been answered within hours on the forum. Your email will not be answered if this is the case!
Just to re-iterate, these sort of questions will not be answered if you email us, as we get them daily and we simply do not have the time to reply:
- Where are the registration codes? [on the downloads page]
- Can you do area XYZ? [we decide based on various factors]
- When is XYZ going to be ready? [we will inform you via the forum]
- I have a bug report [use the forum]
- I have a question on XYZ [use the forum]
- How do I...? [use the forum]
- I’ve lost my forum password [use the forum - you do not need to be logged in to do this]
- Anything else [use the forum first]
