1. SimSig products sold by Cajon Rail LLC are available on a "try before you buy" basis. A demonstration mode is activated for a reasonable amount of time to allow the user to evaluate the product before purchasing. This demonstration mode also ensures that the product works on the user's computer. Sales are therefore final, per UK/EU law, and refunds will not be provided except as detailed in the section(s) below.
2. Duplicate orders or orders which clearly contain a mistake will be refunded if the customer notifies Cajon Rail LLC within 15 calendar days of purchase and did not allocate the license to any device. Monies will be refunded within a further 15 calendar days and any licenses associated with that order will be rescinded at the same time.
3. Where a local law allows for the return of used software, in this context used meaning allocating of the license to a device, this shall be observed by Cajon Rail LLC. However, the PayPal receipt for the license must identify the country or region where this law applies, and the customer can expedite a refund by providing proof of such law in that country or region.
4. Simulations identified as a "donation" do not entail purchase of anything, are completely optional, and thus laws regarding software purchase do not apply. Therefore refunds of donations will be granted in exceptional circumstances only.
