Welcome to the world of railway signalling! SimSig brings the signal box to your home PC and with it the enjoyment and frustrations of running today's (and some of yesterday's) railways. How often has your train been delayed because of "signal failure" and you've wondered why trains can't be routed around the problem - or why it is even a problem in the first place? You'll soon see exactly why - with SimSig!

SimSig places you in the signaller's seat and lets you control the trains. You will be presented with an environment closely resembling a real signalling control centre, including the screen display and controls. It recreates the signalling as realistically as possible and it is up to you to route the trains to their destination and do your best to keep them on time. You will have to make the same kind of decisions that real signallers do to keep the railway running as smoothly as possible.

Sounds easy, doesn't it? Well, it is ... until something goes wrong. Can you cope with the everyday challenges of late running trains, random delays, signal and point failures, engineering works, or bad weather?

These Sims are offered on an paid-for basis and can be bought individually or as a heavily discounted package through the Shop. Existing licenses remain valid for these re-releases.

People who have donated to either CSCOT or Edinburgh in the past have been granted free licenses to all four. If you have been kind enough to donate, please use the PM system to send a message to GeoffM with your details so we can send back the installers to you.

All users will need to download and install the license module to access the collect your license. This can be found under Downloads -> Official Software -> System Files.

London Meet 13th July 2013

We are taking bookings for the London meet on Saturday July 13th 2013! Located right outside Liverpool Street station, the Railway Tavern has a large upstairs room dedicated for our use. We've managed to negotiate the buffet price down from previous years, which is the bulk of the entry fee, meaning that the entry this year is just £9.95 if you book in advance (by July 8th).

Exciting news #1! One brand new simulation and at least one relaunched simulation will be released just prior to the meet!

Exciting news #2! To tie in with the new release, we have a visit organised on Sunday 14th July (after the meet) within zones 1-3 of London. In fact, not just one visit, but two and hopefully three locations, all within the same structure. Please watch the forum section on meets for further details.
