Having had a TC failure at the junction which holds the route for Grantham, my train 4S93, stops at signal 521 (having been authorised by the signal in rear) although 521 is showing a proceed aspect. Any offers?

That report was made at the signal in rear. In any case he is now standing at a proceed aspect reporting that he is standing at a signal at danger.
