Working Groups

Working Groups are a way of the SimSig community collaborating to decide on a way forward for a particular subject. Anybody can join in, though bear in mind it's slightly more formal than an open discussion.
With a wide range of simulations it is inevitable that the same train will appear in multiple simulations. Thus we need a way of producing timetables that cover entire segments of the country instead of per-simulation.
