For those who wish to delve even further, the timetable planning rules (Rules of the Plan) for the 2016 TT are also now available here. The download also includes the rules for the about to be implemented 2015 TT.

The rules include information about timing points (mandatory and conditional), minimum headways and margins at junctions and stations along with detail of the standard times for attaching and detaching, turnround times and the like.
