Title
November 28 Virtual Meet - London Area Chain (unofficial; volunteer-hosted)
Notes
As per ongoing discussion about what to do now that the London meet for November 28 has been cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic, I have proposed a chain to replace the physical event.

With a total of 34 panels available, this will be one of the more ambitious hosting projects that I have seen so far. All simulations are however payware. Please submit this form with your times and simulators available for planning purposes: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSemCgDiF3ylCB6UOZTclQtGjs71VpY4MOyUSD22aqxceyF80Q/viewform Final plans to be made closer to the event; hosting of all 5 sims subject to host availability.

Perfect running or at least no trackside failures with some delays and disturbances to individual trains are recommended by more experienced hosts, so that approach is the idea, with specific issues to be communicated and organized between the hosts of the sessions.

There will be a lot of work to do, with the aim of running the 2009 Groundhog Day timetable that is available with a 04:45 start on all sims, including West Hampstead, although there a separate timetable download is needed from the website.

Planned time is from 12, noon, to 18, as the physical event was meant to be!

Let's see if we can't get this to kick off, shall we?

peterb 		If you still plan to join the day but haven't yet done so, please complete the form so that we know how many signallers we'll have.

Please tell us of your availability by Friday morning if possible (panels will still be available on the day but it might take us a bit longer to find you one!)

On Friday afternoon we'll announce which sim we would like you to connect to. Hosts may rotate the signallers on their panels every hour to keep things mixed up.
