Version 3 of the venerable SimSig Length Calculator

Credit goes to Jc92 for the original version of the calculator, to postal for the format in use today and to HST125Scorton

Note - if you are uncomfortable enabling macros, the spreadsheet will still function with the exception of speed classes.

Changelog:
• Added tracking of acceleration / deceleration rate (for convenience only)
• Added automatic calculation of Speed Class(es) for multiple unit formations (must have macros enabled)
• Altered formulas used to increase reliability
• Implemented Excel Tables for reliability and ease of future expansion
• Updated DMUs and EMUs to align with the SimSig wiki (minor length and max speed alterations)
• Added speed classes and acceleration/deceleration rates to multiple units and shunting locos (generally matching SimSig wiki)
