Howdy,

I am trying to polish off my Exeter TT for 13th June and have the unfortunate likelyhood of some platform clashes at Taunton in the evening. The RTT schedules for 12th and 13th are attached.

1V64, which arrives P2 @ 2016hrs from EDB has a 63 minute gap following which it appears to depart from Platform 4 @ 2119hrs for BHM. 2C87 and 2E30 didn't help matters but I have solved that corner by installing an extra ECS move as 5Z30 which takes 2C87 from P2 to P4 from where 2E30 departs.

However something clearly has to be done with 1V64 which needs to vacate Platform 2 for trains 1C63 and 2C89 to use that platform so I guess there is an ECS move which has not been entered on RTT so I will create that move myself and probably call it as 5Z64 (or 5Z80 but I already have one of those in Taunton earlier in the day).

Assuming that 5Z64 (or 5M80 or 5Z80 - whichever, although I already have a 5Z80 in the TT for Taunton earlier in the day) is the correct number for such an ECS I could reverse using the scheduling options for E604 or E619 but, not knowing the circuit length, would either of those be unsuitable for a Class 220/221 ECS move?

RTT schedules for 12/06 (today) and 13/06 attached, along with the Taunton layout on which I have written some of the signal numbers. I realise I could simply use the live maps on OTT and keep watch but can't guarantee I will be able to be online when any move takes place.

Advice / thoughts welcome.
Cheers,
Dave

Why not create a single train TT with a Voyager set seeding in P2 then moving out and reversing into P4. It is then only 2 minutes work to try an option for the reverse to see if the set will fit and then edit and re-save the TT with the next option for reversing location. You can then reload the sim and try the new location until you find one that works?

1V64 shunted at the North (Bristol) end of the station after the departure of 2E30. No schedule, and signalman didn’t enter a TD into system.
