Apologies if I've missed something obvious, but how do I send 4O06 to Onllwyn? It's been sitting at NB1 for ages, the signal post is white, and the driver's getting vexed (in Welsh).

I'm enjoying this timetable a lot. I travelled on most of the passenger lines in the sim last May so am finding it doubly interesting. Thanks to all involved.

Update: Ah. It's now moving, just after I gave slot NB14 for a following train. I'll see what happens when this train reaches NB11.

Are you able to provide a save?

Not now, but I could go back to an old snapshot and try to reproduce.

There was a typo in my post. As I was sending a train into Onllwyn I was referring to signal NB11.

I've now signalled a second train to the washery. That stopped at NB11, so after a while I tried giving slot NB14 but it appeared to have no effect, so I took it back. Some time later I noticed that the train was moving. I've never seen the signal clear but I assume it must have done before it was TORRed.

I suspect all that's happening is that NB11 takes a long tome to clear.

If you are able to replicate from an earlier save that would be good and then upload it, as I have been testing and everything seems fine.

Slot NB14 is only for the section between signals 453 and NB13 in the up direction and until the train currently on the single line completly passes NB13 then you cannot grant another slot.

If another train had gone into Onllwyn before 4O06 then as the line is quite a long single line it can take sometime before NB11 would clear again.

Sorry for the silence.

My time is now very limited, and I think I've removed the saved games. I do have backups and will try to restore them.

I've now started another game and run all the way through the timetable from midnight to about 2200. Onllwyn has behaved impeccably. I suspect the problem was due to the simulation being under considerable stress, with hours of backed up trains. I have found that under those circumstances many of the sims can misbehave, but it's a very unrealistic situation.
