Is it possible to gift a simulation (Stockport) to someone?

I would love to gift it to someone. I already own it, but maybe I could buy one more, and send it to them somehow? Is there an easy way to do it?

There is another topic on the forum that covers this issue, so maybe worth a search.

I believe this has been done before, but may have needed manual intervention from GeoffM.

You can donate unused licenses. Go to https://www.SimSig.co.uk/License/MyLicenses and beside unused licenses you'll see a link called "donate". By "unused" I mean never allocated to any machine.
