Hi all - this is an odd one. I have a train entering at Shaftholme Junction bound for NRM/Refuelling with a short pause at York. All goes well until the train reaches Stop Board 5 but then the train is never given permission to pass the stop board, so it sits there 'stopping briefly at stop board 5' for eternity unless given a manual shove (I seem to recall abandoning the timetable and shunting forward is required).

As an experiment I changed the entry point for the train to Up Hull To Hambleton (Selby), removed the timing points prior to Hambleton North Jn and added Hambleton East Jn for the timetable to validate. The train then happily passed Stop Board 5.

Is it possible that the entry point of Shaftholme Junction is the problem?

I'm using Loader version 5.16.1.

Regards, Iain.

Iain, Have you got a save game that demonstrates what you've been experiencing ?

Sure do! I've attached two saves, the first is a 'before entry' save and the second is timed 10 mins or so after the train arrives at the stop board.

Thanks for looking, Iain.

It may not be relevant but could I ask you what timetable you are running?

You could always open the saved game and have a look yourself.

True, I could and probably will at some point.

Back on topic.

Iain,

Do you have the save from the Selsby entry point also?

I've ran through the provided sim TTs and trains exit no problem and looked at your custom TT which indeed shows the issue that you are describing.
It would be good to see the full picture of differences between the two trains that you have written in this custom TT.

Cheers
Craig

I believe I know what the issue is, just going to check on a previous version of York before producing the ticket.
I think its a side affect of trains entering form Joan Croft and Shaftholme don't phone in at a red signal

Confirmed that this is the issue. Has been reported to Mantis 34337
