S86 just cleared, with 2W41 subsequently passing it, while both of the overlap track circuits were occupied. Does it have a third class of warner route with even slower release, or is this a bug?

Odd, unable to reproduce this with a quick test. Looks like many trains were backed up, so I could imagine there's a situation possible where an aspect rapidly incorrectly steps up before reverting to red.
