Looking at going to Swanage Railway at some point over the summer.

Has anyone been? Is it worth a visit?

Looked in a couple of times in the past few years when in Swanage. It's a nice recreation of a Southern branch.

There are some good views from & around Corfe Castle. It might be worth checking when there are going to be through trains from the national network - I know there are a few happening this year.

Not the most scenic of preserved lines. If going by car use the park & ride at Norden, the parking is restricted around Swanage station. if you want to have a preview the line is featured on BBC2's COAST this Wednesday the 27th.
