Hi all, I'm normally not one for posting to forums but recent events have compelled me! Been playing for maybe two years, cutting my teeth on Royston and then moving up to Westbury and Exeter, learning through trial and error and by poking just about every pixel on the screen sometimes I think. I've got a fair grip on it all now and I thoroughly enjoy it - my grandfather was a signalman in real life so maybe it's in the blood! Anyway I've been off doing other things for a few months so decided the other day to re-visit the website and catch up. Who knows, I thought, maybe there's an Edinburgh simulation now.... even though they said it would never happen. Imagine my joy... Deep, deep joy. It's magnificent guys, if somewhat overwhelming. My first game without ARS was soon aborted. Many thanks to all involved. A donation will be forthcoming come pay day. This really can't go without some payback. Cheers, Gus. Log in to reply |
