Agilchrist and JC92 have kindly organised a trip to Peak Rail on Sunday 27th November. This is in the Derby area and is the day after the meet. You will be able to visit signalboxes and is likely to be a great day. Please see the "Upcoming Events" to the left or go to this link for more details. Best of all, you only need buy a rail ticket for the day! How's that for a bargain?!

As a trainee signaller on Peak Rail and having worked both boxes I can vouch and say that yes, you will have a fantastic day. Please bear in mind that the boxes are quite small, especially Darley Dale 'box and Church lane box has stepped access. I shall see if I can train on this day and hopefully meet those who attend!
