I've been playing around with Chris his 2010 tt for KX, as you all probably know the Moorgate trains are having problems getting into the tunnels due to the 'wrong type of power' problems the drivers keep calling about. The strange thing is that all the trains do have the 3th rail option enabled in their tt, except they are all set with 'initial power type' with AC instead of 3th rail, or both. Shouldn't the trains just run on down the moorgate branch after switching power? What use does the initial power type setting have if it always have to be the same as the power types option? or am I not understanding something?

Happy new year,
Daan

Just done a check and looked at other KX timetables and it appears you need to tick all valid "initial power" boxes. Whether that is intended I don't know but it's the solution.
