This site looks very useful for anyone writing a timetable who needs details of freight services.

It looks a lot like it's getting information from TRUST/Genius (Network Rail's own systems) - does anybody know if they either have permission to be using it, or if it comes from other sources?

I've decided to close this topic to further comment as I am concerned that some seems to be accusations of illegality on the part of the site owner. I'm sure that Network Rail will get to the bottom of it and sort it out if any sorting out needs to be done.

I'll discuss with Geoff whether we are happy for the posts so far to remain unmoderated.

I don't think the law of libel allows you to hide behind quoting other accusations but I'm not sure.
