Apologies if this has already been covered, but I haven't been able to find any reference.

I don't appear to be able to route a train from Copyhold Junction T336 to Balcombe Tunnel Junction via the down line.

I have tried clicking on the grey arrow and signal T296 at Balcombe Tunnel to no avail.

I have had a train waiting at T336 for some time and the overlap in advance of T336 will not timeout.

Is this a known bug, or am I doing something wrong?

It looks like there is something there, I shall make sure it gets brought to the attention of the sim dev.

Brighton can be chained with Gatwick. When chained, the following features become enabled:

The Fast and Slow line approach berths at Balcombe Tunnel Junction become active

Bi-directional working is possible, by Gatwick sending trains via the Up line to Haywards Heath

Therefore the OP has done nothing wrong - it is impossible to route trains from Copyhold Junction T336 to Balcombe Tunnel Junction via the down line until Gatwick SimSig is available.
