Afternoon all Whilst enjoying the 2006 timetable I found a rather unusual error. The problem is this. Started the timetable at 04:45 , ran through to 13:00 with minor problems , mainly due to forgetting a few operational rules at Queen St. Anyway , the following 2 trains appeared within minutes. 1R53 - 13:15 Edinburgh - Queen St 3 Car 170 , enters Greenhill Upper 13:28 (Arr GQS 14:06) 1R33 - 13:01 Edinburgh - Queen St 3 Car 170 , enters Greenhill Upper 13:30 (Arr GQS 13:50) What gets me is a train that leaves after , arrives before. Strange , only thing to do was loop 1R53 at Cadder and hold it till near its booked time at Bishopbriggs (13:58) and let 1R33 continue on. My suggestion is to make 1R53's entry time approx 12-15 minutes after 1R33 enters. Hope I've not annoyed the timetable creator. Log in to reply |

Comparing the Cowlairs TT and Central Scotland TT it appears to be a wee error in the entry time - train enters at Winchburgh jn. at 13:28 in CScot and also 13:28 at Greenhill Upper in Cowlairs. Correct entry time at Greenhill Upper should be 13:48.
