Victoria South East has an option to enable or disable ARS when you start a new simulation. This option doesn't seem to be there for Victoria Central and ARS is enabled even if you select Hard. Is there any particular reason for this? Saying that I don't think these complex simulation will be manageable solo, although in Multi Player an ARS Enabled option will save users having to turn off each individual sub area. My pleasure - I just need to find time now to digest the manuals and get stuck in - definitely the most complex simulations yet.
