Is anyone else seeing any of these issues?

I'm updating an old TT for loader use with the sim when it's re-released, and a few things don't seem to work as they perhaps should, but I can't really explain them.

Firstly, some of the new features don't copy across when you edit the "Train Types" list. The weight category (the new one with light or heavy options) doesn't, and the "Can use freight lines" tickbox doesn't. Dwell times do copy over, but I'm not sure they're working properly.

I had one incident where a inbound class 2 train destined for a terminus, with a dwell time set to 2 mins 30 secs for terminate and reverse, arrived at the terminus, and immediately TRTS'd for it's return working, regardless of it being early. The return working was also class 2, and no set down only or pass time or through line stop options were selected - only the dwell time from the train type list would be different to the default values.

On the same note, the train types list includes a defensive driving option, which doesn't appear anywhere on the individual train's timetable, so you have no way of either amending individual trains, or indeed given the above, knowing if the defensive driving is taking effect on any given train.

Anyone able to add anything to this - some of it seems plain odd. If we have to manually update every individual train rather than just a list of train types, then that's going to be very tedious with several hundred trains per timetable. For those who can see it, Mantis 11013 may apply (it doesn't tell me which version of the loader), but there's more than just that. If I'm doing something wrong, then I'd like to know what. And indeed, what I can do if the ticket gets lost between now and the next update which may or may not fix the issue(s)??? I note that this new train weight category is not well explained on the wiki, and so the only way to find out the difference between a "light" "heavy" train and a "heavy" "light" train is to experiment, which is more tricky than it could be at the moment.

Any help most appreciated, to save me hours which I could better put towards testing sims, rather than thinking I've amended something to find it hasn't amended.

God bless, Daniel Wilson
