It may or may not be of use to anyone, but I made this:

Let me know if this was of use, by clicking on "Thank You" below.

I may re-do it at a later date - to explain what to do better.

Thanks, Mark, that's a very useful tutorial.

Not sure what everyone else thinks, but I personally think it would be impoved with voice rather than text.

I agree with previous comments that a voice commentary would be much better than text.
Found the video very helpful

What software did you use? I've tried a few and they were rubbish quality.

Thanks All, I can add a narrative, but my voice goes through me, If someone wants to send me a recording of them speaking my notes I can add that and then re-upload. I don't like hearing my own voice! :(

I downloaded Overwolf when I installed TeamSpeak, it has the ability to do screen recordings without limits and it also captures the sounds from your sound card too, it's totally free, and you don't need TeamSpeak for it to run.

There seems to be some strange things happening on the forum when people embed videos depending on the browser they are using (Are you using Chrome by chance?). Direct link to the video.

Thanks to all, I eventually sussed how to work the block instruments. They were a bit unorthodox and not what I was trained on in East Anglia.

And the thread got locked.

The issue is not with Chrome, it's with Flash, the issue also happens in Internet Explorer, Edge and Opera which also use Flash for embedded YouTube. The next version of Chrome will join Firefox in using HTML5 for video playback instead and there will be much rejoicing.
