It is not possible to clear signal 3687 (P11 east end) if 5567A/B points are locked Normal (either by interlocking or by being keyed Normal). No other parallel route seems to be affected at that end of the station. Having said that, I note that clearing 3687 with no other routes in the area set causes 5567A/B points to drive Reverse and lock, most likely for flank protection. The only route affected by this is, indeed, the route into platform 16 from signal 3692. It seems an alternate route via 5562 points is not possible.
