I've been having issues with the train describer at Leeds in Beginner mode.

When you have a train in (for example) 15B and set a route out of the station towards Whitehall Jn, the TD steps immediately from 3688 to 3648. When the train actually departs and enters 15A, a **** is placed at 3671, because there's no longer a description at 3688 to move along. This causes particular problems for dividing trains- the rear description will step when the front departs, and sometimes gets lost when the front train clears the station. It appears to affect all through platforms, but I've not tested each individually to confirm.

The behaviour doesn't appear if run in Normal mode- the TD only steps when the train moves, as expected. Is this a bug, or a reflection of the actual stepping behaviour at Leeds, but applied to the wrong difficulty setting?

In "normal" mode the stepping is per IECC. In beginner mode there are additional steps to help the user but it does seem certain situations cause it to mess up. I'll revisit.
