I have version 1.1 of the sim installed and timetable "Salisbury Weekday 25 05 2016 0000 Start", running in 1980 era.

There don't seem to be any freight workings to make use of the ground frames. Is there a different timetable I should use?

Thanks.

There maybe other timetables you can download, Although I do not know the freight content.

If you go to 'Download' --> 'Browse Downloads' then select 'User-contributed' then 'Timetables' then look for 'Salisbury' you will be able to download other timetables.

Once downloaded you would then need to put in in the timetable folder for Salisbury. This is located in public documents folder on your PC

The 2016 TT will probably include some freight, but none of it will use the ground frames, as these yards/sidings were taken out of use by then.

For lots of freight workings, you need to run the Summer 1988 timetable. This should be supplied with the simulation- if you don't have it, download the installer for Salisbury here, run the installer, and you should be able to select the TT next time you start a simulation.

Furthermore in your first post you state that you were running the 1980s era, but running the 2016 timetable. You need to make sure you are running the correct era with the timetable that is written for that era otherwise you may run into difficulties.

Pascal's 1988 WTT "The Withered Arm" makes use of most, if not all, of the GFs and sidings. (As the developer of the sim, I worked on the principle if Pascal can't make use of a GF, no one else will.)
