Just tested and if you have the wrong password or username it tells you that rather than there being an inability to connect to the server. So it does seem as though there is a communications problem between your computer and the server.

Just thinking of things to try if only to eliminate them:
Have you tried from a different computer and/or access point?
Have you tried hard wired to the modem rather than wi-fi?

Also, do you have any separate anti virus/firewall/internet protection/... software installed that could possibly be interfering with the network connection?
Two million people attempt to use Birmingham's magnificent rail network every year, with just over a million of them managing to get further than Smethwick.

Please answer Jan's questions too - it's hard to tell as you're not really helping us to help you, but I vaguely suspect a firewall/antivirus issue.

I have not experienced any issues before and have installed all previous loader sims and allocated them using the license manager sucessfully.

I've sent you a PM with a test username and password - try them in license manager.

PM back: Glyn said
"still getting failed to connect to server"
Which would tend to confirm the problem is his end I think.

Glyn,
I guess the 4 tests to do if possible are (and you may have tried some of these already).
Connect your computer to your ISP (done- problems)
Connect your computer to a different internet connection (at a Library for instance)

And then the same tests for a different computer if possible.
That might tie it down to whether it's your computer or access point.

I Do get the RED new message on the loader when there are new files to upload but when I attempt to upload them I get file not found on server messages, I didn't have any problems with down loading the previous new sims issued prior to the January system update.

Can you PM me your IP address https://www.SimSig.co.uk/Manage/WhatsMyIP and the time that you click "check for updates" please. That way I can at least try to find whether your PC is connecting at all.

PM received, thanks. Log files are 20-40Mb per day so it's hard finding something that's not there. One thing that I did notice though was that you (probably unwittingly) use search.myway.com which is considered malware. This *might* be affecting connectivity but I'm not sure. In any case it's probably best to get rid of it:
https://malwaretips.com/blogs/search-myway-com-removal/

If you've followed those instructions, rebooted, and tried to download again without success then I'll take another look.

Removed the Malware on my home pc but still have the same issues, can't login into the licence manager and when loading files still getting file not found on server.

I am down in Devon now until Monday and I have successfully loaded all the Cardiff sims and allocated them to the PC there.

thanks to all for the advice and help just need to sort out my PC at home now.

So just to be clear, are you saying that you have no problems in Devon with accessing anything? The problem is just at home.

Do you have Internet Explorer as your default browser? If so, could this be the answer to your problem?

Try Disabling or shutting down Mozilla Firefox and see if it fixes your problem.

I would check your internet explorer / edge settings anyway.

Did you change anything? Or did it just suddenly start working? (So we know what to suggest if someone else has the same problem)
