IN REAL LIFE, I have only just finished work and downloaded the sim and have yet to play it. Chingford - Platforms, the driver operates a TRTS for passenger services. Sidings, the TRTS is operated by the shunter at Chingford, to get into the sidings from the platform or from the sidings to go up to London directly. Enfield Town and Hertford East, basically, it assumes the driver that takes the train in, works it back out and NO "TRTS" is actually operated, however it is available for "Out of Course Working", so if it's all gone horribly wrong and using "special" headcodes, then the driver would need to operate the TRTS at these locations. Cheshunt Bay, is a driver operated TRTS. Broxbourne Platforms 1 & 4 the TRTS only needs to be operated, if there is a change of headcode, normally by station staff, but there are driver buttons if the station becomes un-manned. Bishop's Stortford (NOT Bishops! Grrrr I HATE our missing '  Platform 3 has TRTS in the London direction only, other platform assumes through trains and if need be, staff call up to get the road.The sidings at Bishop's Stortford are a strange creature! If they are coming out of the sidings and going on somewhere, with no other interaction, normally fine. BUT, Platform 3 has only one track circuit and the signaller has no idea where the train is located in the platform, so if you are coming out of the sidings, it requires a phone call from the Supervisor at Bishop's Stortford to confirm that the train has stopped and that there is space to allow a train out of the sidings, to allow a coupling etc Stansted Airport, platform staff operate the TRTS for West Anglia services on platforms 1 & 3, Cross-Country conducters operate the TRTS on platform 2.
