Holding Sdg at Man Picc.
Rev Sdg at Trafford Park east Jn

UPL at Burnden Jn

Up Sdgs 1 & 2 at Salford Crescent
Up Sdgs at Agecroft South Jn
Down Sdgs at Ordsall Lane Jn.

Mostly measured from satellite imagery, so perhaps remove 20m from most to account for stopping short of signals:

Standage behind 285 (Heald Green): approx. 360m
Longsight DGL (56 to 62) and RR siding: 350m
Longsight DGL (62 to 81): 270m
Longsight DGL (56 to 81): 630m
Longsight DGL (94 to 301): 270m
Longsight Dep/Rec (55 to 71): 250m
Longsight UGDL (59 to 73): 200m
Longsight UGDL (88 to 303): 350m
Mayfield GL: 127m, quoted as "5-car maximum"
Up/Down Slow (332 to 347 and 334 to 349): 170m
Up/Down Fast and Up/Down East (320 to 340, 322 to 341/342, 324 to 343/344, 326 to 345/346): 280m
Engine Siding: 140m
Holding Siding: 150m? Not electrified.
Trafford Park Reversing Line: The sectional appendix quotes 222m, but you'd be about 4 car lengths in the dirt if you tried that. Actual length is about 150m, and it's been that length since at least 2000.
Salford Crescent Sidings: 110m
Brindle Heath Up Loop: 580m
Burnden Jn DPL: 806m
Burnden Jn UPL: 679m

Other sidings you mentioned have more complex layouts, where no single "length" is necessarily applicable.

The run-round loop within these sidings was at least 1/4 of a mile long, and there was around 1/4 of a mile of extra siding space.

Up Sdgs at Agecroft South Jn
Main siding is about 600m long, with a discharge point for the stone wagons about halfway along. There's a short cripple siding about 100m (facing point for trains entering the siding), and a 60m headshunt (which diverges before the exit signal).

Down Sdgs at Ordsall Lane Jn.
Main siding a good 740m long.

These three are entry/exit points anyway, so not critical for SimSig purposes.
