During doing a busy host the other night, I thought of a couple of features would have made my experience slightly easier.

The first of these is the ability for the server to automatically send a chat message to joining players, welcoming them and telling them the panel statuses - who's on which, which are free & any failures, such type things. (I realise that currently the host and the server are one in the same when it comes to panel control, but they could be split into two separate entities - so the host can claim a panel as a player to distinguish from those that are not allocated & just being minded.

The second idea being a possible extension to the first, or an independent feature. But to have some built in record or way of managing the queue for free panels. Say add players to it in the order they join or get unassigned from panels & remove them from it when they claim a panel or disconnect, with the option to manually re-order & remove. Such the host can concentrate on other things & doesn't have work out who to remove from the queue when someone disconnects. Yes it can easily be done with notepad, but if it was linked with who is connected to the server and who is assigned to a panel it would make the task almost hassle free.

The train now standing on platform 2, should be on the rails

+1 from me. When it's busy and you're also minding a panel, it's easy to miss new connections as they don't really jump out with sounds or modal dialogs!
