Currently playing Marylebone combined 18_12_12 V7 0400 Full Timetable
Year 2015 & everything between Aylesbury > Great Missenden & Aynho > Bicester is running at 25mph Max
Although Autumn is not selected it does have a red * next to the word, saved game attached

The red * only applies when the sim is started with the autumn overlaps is selected, the * is shown next to selected signals.

The problem you are seeing with trains traveling at 25mph is a known issue with driving rules, they are being applied incorrectly. (Mantis 0019726).

one soluition at this time is to open the sim with a timetable that has Defensive driving rules, open the TT editor and select the Driving tab and delete the driving rules, then save the timetable (would suggest using a different name to do so) close the sim and restart, the driving rules will then have no effect.
