What are these for?

I've been playing this sim all week and for the life of me am confused by these controls mentioned below sited at Theobalds Grove:

1. A Signal Replacement button that doesn't seem to do anything.
2. A pair of non existent lever frames.
3. A auto button which doesn't seem to be linked to any signals.

Can anyone please explain to me exactly what they are for?

Also Brinsdown happens to have some pointwork but it doesn't seem possible to use them.
