I just bought the LTS sim as my first payware sim. I made a really stupid mistake and tried to reload an autosave. However, the sim is just stuck and the clock shows 00:00:02. It's been like this for a few minutes now. I've never seen a sim take more than a few seconds to load. Same with every autosave as well. Windows 7 if that matters.
