I have got a few queries regarding Group Auto Working at Strathfield.

The first one is that I have manually set all of the main through routes and then tried all of the Group Auto options. I cannot see what function the 130 roundel provides and have not been able to enable it. the signal itself is set into Auto by using the 116 roundel.

In the manual it states that: "Automatic operation is grouped on a per line, per panel basis."

Yet Homebush Signal 137 is set into Auto by the 137 roundel which is on Strathfield panel and also sets some Strathfield signals. Is this correct?

In a similar vein 244 roundel on Homebush sets signal 232 into Auto and this is a Strathfield signal.

Apologies in advance if I am missing something obvious.

130/116 does seem to be incorrect. Hopefully the locals will be able to clarify which is correct.

A couple of the group autos around Strathfield, Homebush, and North Strathfield operate more than just per line. I think signal 143 is controlled by group auto 177 for the left route and 171 for the right route, yet for 244 that auto does both routes. The real panel is (was) not consistent.

Zoomed in so it's a bit difficult to read but there's an auto button labelled 116 just above platform 1. That one also did 130. Logged a ticket to remove the 130 A button.

Workstation boundaries in real life were... somewhat fluid, as a result of the physical layout of the control panel, as well as a route on one panel being able to lock a junction in the neighbouring area. The green line on the sim does not necessarily reflect interlocking/ring circuit boundaries.

That might be something to mention in the manual actually. I'll edit it when I get home from work.

The boundaries we've drawn on the sim are approximate, and it is much better to talk to your neighbour than use the green line as an absolute.
