I have tried to edit a TT for a freight such that it ran through reception line #1 to the DGL and then back into #2 to reach the yard, because #2 was occupied by a different train standing at the north end. However on validating, the Woodstock Road Jn timing point, reached right after entering from Bicester, was moved to a different place as you can see in the attached image. I'm wondering what is wrong with my TT?

The timing points have (arguably correctly) moved into time order. Provide times (they don't have to be accurate, just in order) for the additional locations and they should fall back into order.

Thanks, that works.

This is not exactly time order by the way - North Jn is 18:47, Oxford 18:51, then Woodstock Road Jn 18:32-18:45. Or do you mean that timing points where the train has to call get moved into correct order?

It's to do with Key and Non-Key timetable locations. See this thread for a full explanation from Geoff and Clive: https://www.SimSig.co.uk/Forum/ThreadView/47387?postId=105030
