All trains between WK1201 and WK1205 seem to be experiencing a 20mph TSR when the data in F11 say that T3078 has a line speed of 60mph. Is this correct?

It doesn't seem to be possible to set routes from WK1217/WK1219 towards WK1231 (Kirkgate Through Line) - both claim no overlap available.
