If you are opening the TT through F4 or the main menu bar then going to Tools 1 and clicking on the "Export now" button, what are you entering into the "Base/filename location" box?

If you haven't been entering anything here, use the "Browse" button to navigate to the existing WTT then in the box edit the file type from .wtt to .csv. The CSV files will then save in the same location as your existing WTT.

Thats what i was trying but no luck. It says its a internet explorer file when you go into the folder even though it still has the WTT tag but i know thats wrong. Ive even deleted it all and reinstalled it all but still no luck. Its the bristol 1985 timetable i'm trying to do but getting rid of the WTT bit and adding CSV and clicking start exporting. I then get a box pop up saying its exported correct but it doesnt appear anywhere.

First question: Is the full TT path (not just the TT name) showing in the "Base/filename location" box? Secondly have you done a search for *.csv files on your computer?
