I should probably wait until the part of tomorrow when I need the distraction to pass the time; but here are four guesses to get the ball rolling anyway. I'm going to take a stab at 2 being "Rock Ferry", 3 being "Corbridge" and 13 being "Portsmouth Arms". And I'm afraid the letter pattern means 19 is obviously "Hall I' Th' Wood"

4 correct answers in one go to start the ball rolling.

12 is Dent, and 44 is...Thirsk?

Guess that's the last of the low-hanging fruits.

Edit: and 11 is Canada Water.

11 and 12 correct but 44 still needs a bit of thought. I reckon there are still a few bits of low-hanging fruit to be plucked.

All correct. Fats Domino had a hit with a number entitled Blueberry Hill. The first line is "I found my thrill on Blueberry Hill". Downbeat mood is "Blue", grass is straw; replacing Blue in Blueberry Hill with Straw gives you Strawberry Hill.

Edit: Assuming you typo'd 28 for 29.

Apologies for a typo.

Question should be:

1) Where the snooker player drinks (7,3)
