In the 1985 timetable 6E55 is waiting at the Unitank Oil Depot for joining train 0E55. I have sent 0E55 into the Depot but both trains are now waiting to join each other and refusing to do so. I've tried all sorts of things to make them join, but I'm having no luck. I can't see any posts regarding this issue so presume that nobody else has come across it.
It's therefore probably something obvious that I'm not doing or am doing incorrectly, so could someone please tell me what it is.

Looking at your save 0E55 is travelling Down while 6E55 is travelling Up. That implies that you ran 0E55 from the Bromsgrove end into Unitank. Did you follow these instructions from the General tab of the TT?

"Occasionally, a train will enter at Unitank and then stop, waiting for a banker.. You will need to assign the banking engine and then route it into the South exit. It will pass through, join and start banking duties."

There is a clue in the TT for 6E55 as the banker joins at Unitank then is detached at the rear at Blackwell. That means it must come onto the train from the Banker Spur end, not the Bromsgrove end.

I obviously didn't spot that clue and neither did I notice that there was an entry to the Depot from the South end. As the banker was travelling from Bromsgrove, I just routed it directly into the Unitank Depot.

I think that I must pay closer attention to the timetables in future. I seem to have developed a habit of quickly glancing at them and as a consequence get muddled up.

Thanks for putting me straight
