While doing research for a practice timetable on the Royston sim I came across these obfuscated trains and TOC. Does someone know their headcode, purpose and TOC?Take a look at the Working Timetable on Network Rail's website: https://www.networkrail.co.uk/running-the-railway/the-timetable/working-timetable Book YH01 will give you the headcode. I assume the trains are either a railhead treatment or test train circuit. All of them are Railhead treatment trains with headcode 3J32, 3J33 and 3J34. These train can be found in the Train Planning Rules downloadable from https://www.networkrail.co.uk/industry-and-commercial/information-for-operators The file you want is TPRyearXX/nationalXXp.pdf Log in to reply |

I imagine that only one of the three runs then, right? (If they run at all, yesterday they didn't, according to realrtimetrains)

The first two I'd expect to either both run or neither run. Unless the paths are used for anything else (weedkiller/test trains potentially), you won't see them running until the autumn.
