Have been away from simsig for several years and I am now trying to return. I have changed my computer and now unable to find the sims that I have previously purchased. How do I get these on this new computer.

Ensure you've installed/updated to the latest version of the Loader, and that you've read this article for the changes made to licensing when Loader V5 was released: https://www.simsig.co.uk/Article/Details/216

To unlock your old licenses, go to your user account (top right corner of the website), click 'Manage licenses' and request an unlock for each license. Once an Admin has released the licenses, you'll be able to use them as described in the above article.

If you've not downloaded the version5 of SimSig Loader, do so from here: https://www.simsig.co.uk/File/Index/4

Once you load it, you'll be guided through the license upgrade process and then it'll download all the sims.

Have you requested the unlock? It'll take time for the admins to see and action the unlock request.

Your account DRH1 has never purchased any licenses, perhaps you had another account in the past?

I had to change my e-mail accont. My previous e-mail was Roy@hayden-kidder@ freeserve co .uk
I think my previous log in on this site was DRH

My previous account log in was DRH.
My email address was roy@haydens-kidder.freeserve.co.uk. This email was deleted in May 2017 when freeserve deleted all their emails.
I cannot remember the password to this account and I am therefore unable to access this account.
I set up another account DRH1.
I am now unable to access the simsig products that I bought using the DRH account.
I purchased Birmingham New Street, Coventry and Wolverhampton on 21/12/2014, and Rugby North, Central and South on 25/12/2015.
I have the details of these purchases.
I can still access them on my old computer but I need to transfer them to the new computer that I now use.
Can you please HELP.

I've updated the email address in your original account. Please log in using DRH. If you've forgotten the password you can click the link on the login page and it'll send to your Gmail account. Once you're in I'll delete the duplicate account. I'll also send this via email.
