I purchased cowlairs and it is listed as a purchased product on my account page. But when I open the licence manager on SimSig loader it doesn't show up. Can anyone tell me how I'm able to download this simulation?

Update your Loader to Version 5.6. From the launch of V5, the License Manager is no longer used and licensing is handled via the Loader itself.
