Hello all, I have an iMac and have installed sim sig using the software crossover. I eventually found the licence manager and I requested from sim sig to allocate the sims I had purchased to this machine, which they did and everything seemed to be going very well. How ever , I noticed when I started sim sig, that the ones I had paid for were not appearing, I the opened the licence manager and all the licences I had, have dissapeared. Could any one advise my why they have disappeared and how I can get them back? Kind Regards Steve Log in to reply |

I have since look at my account and the licences I have, when you look at them, there is no tick in the allocated box, Is this the issue and how do I solve it if it is ?

The Licence Manager is obsolete since loaded version 5. With the current loader, you do not need to allocate your licences to your machine. You sign in directly on the loader with your normal user credentials and then the licences you hold will allocate automatically when you start a sim. Log in to reply |
