Just had my computer repaired, unfortunately I have lost my West Hampstead simulation. Can anyone please advise how to re install it. Many Thanks

You should be able to do it via the loader without problem. Unless you had locked the license to a specific machine (in which case there probably is a workaround)?

You should be able to reinstall via the loader without any issues. If your license is locked to another machine, which you no longer have access to, you can request it's unlocked via this page https://www.SimSig.co.uk/License/MyLicenses "Passengers for New Lane, should be seated in the rear coach of the train " - Opinions are my own and not those of my employer Log in to reply |

I have unlocked the licence, when I try to upload the simulation it says I do not have a suitable licence for this simulation, any ideas?

Have you made sure you've logged into the loader on the first page, and have the green tick?
