Would it be possible if TRTS indications could be given more ramdomly than the current 60 seconds before departure?

I think this would be more true to real-life as some locations give TRTS upto 3 or so minutes before the departure and obviously sometimes TRTS given out later which will probably make it a lot more challenging whilst dealing with a more complex area.

I'd also like to see this, Even like ECS for example, At NS If the driver is ready early we normally give TRTS and the signaller would give the road if the route is free.

That ones already possible if the ECS is given set down departure times. Itll ring out as soon as its ready OR wait for booked time. The packaged tts dont utilise this, but several user submitted ones do.

There a few mantis tickets regarding TRTS and it being called earlier than 60s.
Certainly up here (Scotland region) Main stations are 3 minutes before booked time of departure. Some smaller stations are two minutes.

I think it's still being looked at, but can't really give a definitive answer as to any outcomes atm.

Craig.
