Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the kind of detailed info needed for a SimSig simulation - detailed track and infrastructure layout, interlocking tables etc. - are generally restricted in their availability and distribution in most national railways, if not outright illegal for the general public to obtain and possess.
Especially for countries sharing land border with some potentially adversarial neighbours.
(Or we would've already seen a lot more publically-available sims with SimSig-level details.)
Please don't compromise yourself that way, if that's the case.
