Attached, another example of a Victorian panel which I think could make for an interesting Simsig simulation.

This is based on the Melbourne to Wodonga line constructed in 1962, a 180-mile section of single track with intermediate crossing loops controlled by a single operator. The panel needs to be reduced in size a bit to fit a normal screen but I'm not sure how to do that. I'm also not sure if all 80+ level crossings need to be included, since most of them are unprotected and probably weren't shown on the real panel. Ideally it would be reduced to four rows without making the panel longer (so it still fits in a 1920px-wide screen).

At each crossing loop, the stub sidings were released electrically by the panel operator for the fireman of the train to operate as required. The same applied for the sidings between West Footscray - Tottenham and the Seymour loco siding, and the fourteen diamond crossings when requested by whichever signaller had control over the adjacent broad gauge mainline.

While the panel did theoretically use Victorian speed signalling, trains entering and exiting at West Footscray were restricted to 40 km/h anyway; the rest of the line used 'normal speed' aspects for mainline running and approach-cleared 'low speed' aspects for access to the crossing loops, so those basically count as shunting moves.
