This newly uploaded timetable contains a grand total of 9 trains.. was the area under some sort of possession, or is the timetable broken?

The one day the railway is closed, and still 9 trains... no days off for signallers.

No ARS required then

The Timetable isn't broken, there's just a couple of Sandite or weedkiller trains out of Effingham Junction shuffling around, whilst every other TOC shuts down operations for the day. If you look in the notes of the last train to run, you can see I do admit it was a bit of a joke, I just couldn't resist & I was 3 green ginger wines deep, I blame my immaturity personally.

Technically there were 4, but 2 of those reversed at WIM, which can't be simulated on this one and the other 2 are seen 'in bounds' 5 times collectively, If I'd had my way and could reverse without terminating at a signal outside of CLJ, there would only be 5! But alas I had to extend the real services and route them to QRB to terminate reverse.

That being said, the last train (354Y-05) does complain of a wrong route when leaving QRB #2/UWF through Clapham yard, saying it is routed via Clapham main. But ARS knows what to do. Some type of bug? - maybe Geoff didn't anticipate someone programming in this daft a maneuver?

The train now standing on platform 2, should be on the rails

Weedkillers, squirties, sandites etc generally are a pain in the posterior.

And how exactly would you program that in? Simsig wouldn't even accept the sequence of stations and you'd just loose a whole bunch of performance points for not keeping up as it is timetabled to be overspeed of line speed. Just not practical to timetable in. And how long would I make it anyway? It's not like there's a wiki for the length of that particular unit

You'd have to infer the consist length from the motive unit

The easy part is the length of the motive power as wiki shows the average length of a male reindeer as being between 71 and 84 inches x 6 is equal to approx 504 inches. The length of the sled is the main problem here as with a present for everyone in the world (without mine as I didn’t get one from the wife) could be infinite……ho ho ho

would need to adjust slightly for female reindeers though as all male reindeers would have lost their antlers before December...

This year it was pretty close to station ordering. As we don't have a WHL sim there is no problem dealing with the 'new' station between Rannoch and Corrour

fair enough on the timings, although he got +8 at some places.

I was curious when I saw it, if 1X01 was an Easter egg from RTT or from NR
