This may already have been pointed out but this website offers a London underground signalling simulation called "EppingSigsim". This name could be easily confused with Simsig. Here is a screenclip

It's pretty rubbish though, looks as though it was cobbled up in VB6.

The last release or discussion post was nearly 6 years ago, so it seems as if they've probably given up on it anyway

A quick quote from the website linked to;

Not quite sure of the purpose behind this thread however legally speaking there probably isn't much that could be done unless this was considered as 'Passing Off' - which I would highly doubt. SimSig isn't the only signalling simulation around and I'm pretty sure GeoffM already knows this since I seem to recall it being said somewhere that he 'became fed-up with the amateur simulations with crazy methods of control' (or words to that effect).

Any views and / or opinions expressed by myself are from me personally and do not represent those of any company I either work for or am a consultant for.

Nothing to worry about frankly as it was a long time ago. I'd be interested to know if King Burger was banned from using that name as that is effectively the same thing, albeit in significant magnitudes larger.
